摘要


船上機器因長時間運轉,幾乎都須透過熱交換器降溫以維持機器正常運轉,因此設計良好的熱交換器非常重要。熱管是熱交換器重要組成,其具有高導熱效率且在很小溫差下可以快速傳熱,因此可作為機器熱管理元件使用。本研究目的是討論熱管製造過程中重要的影響參數。實驗結果顯示,熱管在不同垂直、水平測試下,熱阻約R=0.12℃/W以下,熱傳量Qmax=160W,非常適用於取代傳統熱交換器傳熱元件,並可大幅減少熱交換器內管路因淡水傳送所造成腐蝕、污垢影響冷卻器損害等問題。

The heat exchanger maintains the normal operation of the machine of the ship, therefore heat exchanger is very important for cooling ship machinery devices. The heat pipe has high heat transfer efficiency and can transfer heat quickly with a small temperature difference. The purpose of this research is to discuss the important influencing parameters in the heat pipe manufacturing process. The performance test of heat pipe with angle of inclination and thermal response test is also conducted. Experimental results heat pipe could heat dissipate heat 160W below thermal resistance R=0.12℃/W. Otherwise, the heat pipe heat may be became a candidate cooler in future for ship machinery devices.
