Different Characteristics of Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children-Third Edition(WISC-Ⅲ)between students with learning disabilities(LD) and normal students have been examined in this paper. The subjects of ''LD'' were 1656 elementary and junior high school students who were from the north, center, south, and east area of Taiwan that had been considered to have learning disabilities by legal processing in 2003 to 2004. LD students' WISC-Ⅲ scores were lower and the base rate of subtest patterns was higher than that of general students. The ''V-P Score'' was close to15 and the highest base rate of subtest patterns with LD students was ''Bannatyne subtype''. Between the different sex, male LD students earned higher WISC-Ⅲ scores, ''V-P Score'' and the base rate of subtest patterns than female. Between the different educational levels, LD students get higher ''V-P Score'' with higher educational levels. The results of this study provide suggestions for future education and studies that help teachers and researchers to understand LD students more.
