摘要

目的：本研究旨在探討女性慢性精神分裂症病患接受音樂治療後對精神症狀改善的影響。方法：南部某精神專科醫院慢性病房之精神分裂症女性病患共46位，分為實驗組與對照組。對照組20位接受病房一般性護理及職能復健治療；實驗組26位另外接受每週兩次，每次50分鐘，為期一個月，共計八次的音樂治療；再比較兩組在音樂介入措施前與介入措施後的精神症狀變化。結果：研究結果顯示，音樂治療可以有效減少女性慢性精神分裂症患者的負性症狀。結論：本研究結果支持音樂治療對女性慢性精神分裂症病患的負性症狀治療是有幫助的。

Objective: The purpose of this study was to assess the influence of music therapy on psychotic symptoms in female patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods: Forty-six female patients from a psychiatric hospital were assigned to the experimental group (n=26) and the control group (n=20). Control group patients received general nursing care and occupational rehabilitation treatment. Patients in the experimental group received additional music therapy for eight sessions in one month. The duration and frequency of each music therapy session was 52 minutes twice a week. Changes in psychotic symptoms were evaluated after music therapy intervention. Results: Music therapy significantly reduced scores for negative symptoms on the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale compared to controls. Conclusion: This study supports the concept that music therapy is effective in the treatment of negative symptoms of female chronic schizophrenia patients.
