船席使用率與等候時間模擬之研究

摘要


本文利用模擬方法解析船席使用率與船舶等候時間之關係,首先介紹影響船席使用率之因素,其次探討模擬之環境、條件、優缺點及其限制,再以負指數分佈代表船舶到達及船席對船舶之服務時問,並依不同船席數與不同船席使用率下作電腦模擬,每次模擬三萬四千艘船以得出不同組合之等候時間,如此進行四十次,再以統計方法求其平均等候時間及其標率差,以作為港口營運管理之參考。另外本文之模擬程式,只要稍加修改就可適合於不同之情況,而應用於不同領域。又本文之結果亦可作為港口設施改進,及作業策略變更之依據,更可作為船公司設置據點之指標,本文更為政府對港口增建,改建之參考及港口營運策略之指導方針。

This paper uses simulation method to analyze the relation of ship's average waiting time and the rate of berth utilization. First introduce the factors which influence berth's utilization. Next discuss the simulative environment condition benefit and its constraints. Final simulate the waiting time with program under difference berth's utilization and berth numbers .Every time simulate thirty-four thousand ships and total run forty times. Then use statistic method to calculate the average waiting factor and the standard deviation. The result of this paper can be a reference of the port management and can improve port operation. The program can modify and use in many fields for advance study.
