水泥為國家建設與民生之重要物質,亦是國防基本產業,與連續性生產製造業,水泥之運送幾乎全要依賴成本低,運量大之海運,因此水泥專用船於市場上之需求量,仍有上升之美好前景。 型式不同之水泥專用船,因裝卸港口設備之不同後,而採用不同之作業方式,船岸之間,工作人員,需進行相關之貨物作業配合工作。 為因應未來海上運輸之需求,透過本研究,落實安全貨物作業制度,使船岸工作人員了解裝卸系統之原理及各種不同作業方式之研討,以達到下列效果。 1.維護作業安全與防止污染:以符合相關法規之要求。 2.減少因人為因素,操作不良,造成之事故。 3.增加船、岸之應急準備及回應,進而降低營運成本。 4.達到作業制度化,無貨損之最終目的。
Cement is a very important material for national construction and necessities of life. It is a basic national defense as well as a continuous productive industry. The transportation of cement is mainly depending on sea transportation, which has low cost and mass quantity. Therefore, the market demands of bulk carriers are on the increase in the foreseeable future. According to various Cement Terminal Facilities at the discharging ports, different types of bulk carriers adopt different ways of operations. The teamwork between officers onboard and technicians on shore is well-organized accordingly. Through this research, the foundation of implementation and fulfillment of Cargo Operation System is established. In addition, ship-shore members concerned are well-comprehended about the cargo equipment system and all kinds of operations. Hence the following effects can be achieved. 1.Ensure safety maintaining and pollution protecting to meet certain regulations. 2.Minimize accidents caused by “Human Error”. 3.Strengthen Ship-Shore emergency preparedness and response to decrease operation cost. 4.Obtain nondefect operations and nondamage cargoes.
