考量多產品與多儲運站之水泥散裝船指派問題

摘要


目前水泥散裝船指派需載運多產品至多儲運站,然而現況作法是由調度人員根據過去的經驗進行船隻指派,但指派不同的船隻攸關運輸成本與運輸時間,且不當的指派會造成儲運站的缺貨危機,如何妥善規劃最佳的船隻指派相當重要。本研究探討水泥散裝船指派問題,考量多產品、多儲運站及多船舶之情境,以總運輸成本及總運輸時間最小化為目標,考量水泥專用船載重、水泥儲運站的水泥需求、及船隻數量等限制,利用模糊多目標方法,建構水泥專用散裝船之指派模式,並以一案例驗證模式之正確性,提供給水泥船隻調度員進行船隻指派規劃之參考。

In real dispatch problems for bulk cement ships, input data or parameters are often imprecise or fuzzy. This study investigated the cement bulk carriers’ assignment problems, considering multi-products, multi-stations and multi-vessels. This study presents a novel fuzzy multi-objective linear programming (FMOLP) model that solves the bulk cement ship-dispatch problem in a fuzzy environment. This model is applied to solve multi-product, multi-ship and multi-silo ship-dispatch problems with imprecise goals, input data and parameters. It also elucidates the relationship between dispatch planning and cement silos, with a focus on the allocation of bulk cement ships. This study uses a cement study case to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed model. Analytical results can help dispatchers systematically analyze the bulk cement ship-dispatch planning in practical applications.
