高雄市特偏地區國小創新經營對學校效能影響之研究：以知識管理為中介變項

摘要

本研究旨在以知識管理為中介變項，探究國民小學創新經營對學校效能的影響，在研究方法上採用問卷調查法，研究對象為高雄市特偏地區國民小學教育人員。研究結果顯示創新經營、學校效能、知識管理之現況良好，創新經營對於學校效能有顯著之直接影響效果，當創新經營透過知識管理之中介作用對於學校效能產生更大的影響，本研究建議學校宜實施創新經營並使用知識管理，進而提升學校效能。

By using knowledge management as an intermediary variable, this study aimed to investigate the effects of innovation management on school effectiveness. Questionnaire survey was used. The questionnaires were given to educators in Kaohsiung special area. The results indicate that innovation management has a significant positive correlation with knowledge management and school effectiveness. Innovation management also has a significant positive correlation with school effectiveness. Innovation management has positive effects on knowledge management and school effectiveness. The study suggested that schools should implementation of innovative management to enhance school effectiveness and create school effectiveness via knowledge management.
