By using knowledge management as an intermediary variable, this study aimed to investigate the effects of innovation management on school effectiveness. Questionnaire survey was used. The questionnaires were given to educators in Kaohsiung special area. The results indicate that innovation management has a significant positive correlation with knowledge management and school effectiveness. Innovation management also has a significant positive correlation with school effectiveness. Innovation management has positive effects on knowledge management and school effectiveness. The study suggested that schools should implementation of innovative management to enhance school effectiveness and create school effectiveness via knowledge management.
