Many studies indicated that managers primarily focus on knowledge management. The research studies the influence of knowledge-centered culture, transformational leadership, information technology capability and knowledge management process capability on organizational performance. This study investigates 547 employees in Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) authority and adopts Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test our model. The results indicate that knowledge management process capability has a most significant direct effect on organizational performance, and knowledge-centered culture has a most significant total effect on organizational performance. The study shows that it’s necessary to establish knowledge management enablers such as knowledge-centered culture, transformational leadership and information technology capability to enhance knowledge management process capability and organizational performance. This study attempts to build knowledge management process capability model to provide some practical suggestions.
