以文獻計量法分析台灣在國際科管期刊的發表現況

摘要

近廿年來，國內科技管理領域在學術界與研究單位等的努力推動下，進步已相當明顯，除科管學會的成立外，多校相繼成立科技管理研究所或學程來推動相關的學術研究。為求明確的量化證據來說明台灣學者在科技管理領域的發展，本研究以Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI)資料庫所收錄的13本科技管理領域的期刊為研究範圈，應用書目計量法，檢索1990年到2009年廿年間台灣學者在上述期刊所發表論文的成果，並觀察近年來台灣在科管領域的研究著重點與在國際上的表現，包括發表量、發表者之集中性與生產力、引用與被引用情形，及主要研究議題。研究發現，2000~2009年這十年間台灣學者在SSCI科管領域期刊中共計發表265篇論文，而1990~1999年間論文數則僅有32篇，十年來成長78.28倍。近十年累積發表數量已達世界第四高，顯示在科管學刊、科管學會及各大學科管相關科系的努力下，台灣的科管學術研究能量已有相當的成長。然而，發表的論文被引用次數略低於國際平均值，顯示在發表的品質上仍有成長空間。另一方面，發表集中在交通大學、清華大學、成功大學、政治大學與中興大學等五所大學，且作者的集中性稍高，顯示現階段的科管學術社群應該設法強化發表能量與技能的擴散，讓更多的科管學者具備發表國際期刊論文的能力。

The research of technology management in Taiwan has gradually developed on the driving of Taiwan academic circles and Chinese Society for Management of Technology since 1990. The purpose of this study is to provide an objective and quantitative evaluation to summarize Taiwanese scholars' technology management research achievements. Employing the bibliometric technique, this study investigates into the academic publication of Taiwanese scholars in top international journals of technology management discipline. A total of 297 articles, which are published by Taiwanese scholars, are retrieved from the 13 international top journals of technology management in SSCI database from the year 1990 to 2009. This duration spans the entire time since the beginning of technology management research in Taiwan. This study analyzes these articles by descriptive statistics analysis, Lotka's law, citation analysis, and co-citation analysis . The major contributions of this study are addressed into four points Firstly, the results help to understand the distributions of the publication in Taiwanese technology management discipline, including number, year, and journals. Secondly, this study identifies the most prominent researchers in Taiwanese technology management discipline and analyzes author productivity and major publishing organizations. Thirdly, it analyzes the quality of articles by citation analysis. Finally, this study assesses the major subjects of Taiwanese technology management discipline and identifies the core journals of citing by keywords, citation analysis, and co-citation analysis
