臺灣學生事務研究之文獻計量分析：以《學生事務與輔導》論文為例
The Study of Bibliometrics on Student Affairs in Taiwan: A Case Study of the Journal of Student Affairs and Guidance Counseling
摘要
本文透過文獻計量分析的方法，從知識交流及傳播的角度，以及文獻發展趨勢等方面，瞭解臺灣的學生事務研究。研究以2014年6月至2020年3月《學生事務與輔導》發表的65篇理論研究為例，透過「華藝線上圖書館」、「ACI學術引用文獻資料庫」、「臺灣人文及社會科學引文索引資料庫」以及「臺灣博碩士論文知識加值系統」進行參考文獻查詢。透過文獻計量學的概念進行分析研究後，發現：一、「期刊利用統計數據」達到157,473次，平均每篇論文為2422.67次，其中「網路成癮」以及「性教育」是近年來關注最多的議題；二、共有76位作者發表65篇理論研究，但是作者的人數分布不符合洛卡定律，需不斷鼓勵學生事務領域相關的專業人士、實務工作者及研究生踴躍投稿；三、《學生事務與輔導》理論研究初次被引用速度為23.79月，若以已發表文章的初次被引用速度計算則為16.45月。被臺灣人文及社會科學核心期刊（Taiwan Social Sciences Citation Index, TSSCI）引用率為9.23％，被臺灣各校博碩士論文引用率達到76.92％；但是，學生事務專業研究所僅有12.90％的畢業論文引用相關論文。相關數據雖顯示《學生事務與輔導》在教育研究市場並非毫無競爭力，卻也反映本科系研究生撰寫學位論文時須更加強資訊檢索的技巧。

This paper conducts the method of bibliometrics analysis to explore the student affairs research in terms of knowledge exchange and dissemination, as well as literature development trends. The researcher collected 65 articles published in the Journal of Student Affairs and Guidance Counseling from June 2014 to March 2020, and the database of ＂Airiti Library,＂ ＂Academic Citation Index,＂ ＂Taiwan Citation Index-Humanities and Social Sciences,＂ and ＂National Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations in Taiwan＂ were the sources of citing literature collection. After carrying out the bibliometrics for verification, the research results show: A. The usage of statistical data reached 157,473 times, with an average of 2,422.67 times per paper; among these papers, ＂Internet addiction＂ and ＂sex education＂ have been the most concerned topics in recent years. B. There have been 76 authors contributing 65 papers in Student Affairs and Guidance Counseling, but the distribution of the number of authors does not follow Lotka's law. It is necessary to continuously encourage contributions from professionals, practitioners and graduate students in the field of student affairs. C. The average first-citation speed is about 23.79 months; for citing articles, it is 16.45 months. 9.23% of the papers have been cited by Taiwan Social Sciences Citation Index (TSSCI) journals, and 76.92% of the papers have been cited by theses and dissertations in Taiwan. Surprisingly, only 12.90% theses from the Division of Student Affairs in the Department of Civic Education and Leadership at National Taiwan Normal University cited papers from the Student Affairs and Guidance Counseling. Although relevant data show that Student Affairs and Guidance Counseling is not uncompetitive in the field of education research, it reflects that it is necessary to improve information retrieval skills of graduate students.
