The Study of Rationalization in Questionnaire via Grey Entropy Method

In the general investigation for social science, it can't receive all the sample data. Hence, most researchers would use questionnaire to do the analysis, which was under the condition of not enough data. And the first step is to issue the questionnaires, collect them and calculate the effective percentage of questionnaires. Next, reliability and validity analysis are used to verify the questionnaire. But in the actual situation, it is obvious that the questionnaires can be influenced by human beings, means it will get the incorrect results. Hence, the paper focuses on this and uses the characteristics of average of the random number distribution to generate the same dimension as the original questionnaire results. By doing this, we can study and analyze the average allocation status of theoriginal questionnaire to eliminate the subjectivity of the questionnaire itself. First, the mathematics method of grey entropy in grey system theory is used in this paper, to reach the weighting of each factor in the results of actual questionnaire and random numbers questionnaire. Next, the localization grey relational grade in grey system theory is used to calculate the grey relational grade of the factor's weighting of both questionnaires. The obtained results are used as reasonable reference values of actual questionnaire. Through the practical example analysis, we not only can reach the randomness of the original questionnaire, but also understand average distributive value of actual questionnaire that to provide the reference to questionnaire rationality.
