The Influence Factor Analysis of Servicemen Social Status via Grey Relational Grade

The Taiwanese government has over the past few years been promulgating and enacting military recruitment. Therefore, it is necessary for young people to understand that military service is a symbol of sublimity. Soldiers' status is determined by the quality possessed by soldiers, professional training received during the career, welfare provided by the government, etc. The present study first refers to the cardinal grey relational grade. The questionnaire survey method is implemented for statistical analysis. This study dismisses using the percentage of all questionnaires as the object of data analysis. It endeavors to identify factors, which reveal the standout features of soldiers, maintain the characteristics of soldiers, and elevate soldiers' status. No doubt, this study offers valuable advice to the military authority interested in reducing dismission rate. The research framework consists of background of the study, research purpose and scope, related literature reference and organization. Next, survey questionnaires are sent to college students and military service personnel to collect their responses to the research questions. This study investigates five factors, including social support, soldiers' welfare, soldiers' quality, military recruitment system, and non-combat military actions. All gathered data are subject to empirical calculation and analysis. The military authority may refer to the finding of this study as one of the guideposts of military recruitment appeal. Hopefully, this study can benefit the policy makers of military recruitment to a satisfactory extent.
