The Analysis of Optimal Factors in Influencing Satisfaction with and Repeat Visits to Bed and Breakfast in Taiwan via GM(0,N) Model

並列摘要

The purpose of this paper was to investigate the factors that contribute most to satisfaction with and repeat visits to bed and breakfast accommodation in Taiwan. The study group comprises principally mature students attending College of continuing education courses in a university in central Taiwan. The study sought to determine the reasons underlying satisfaction with the bread and breakfast sector and the factors leading to repeat visits to bread and breakfast. Through the GM(0,N) model in grey system theory, the results of this study indicated the most important influencing factors on satisfaction with bed and breakfast was "Friendliness of the reception by staff and/or hosts of the B& B"; while "Location ease of access" was the greatest influence of repeat visits among the students surveyed. The results of the survey suggest that bread and breakfast owners need to constantly innovate in the range of services to the visitor to make the sector the cornerstone of tourism particularly for the native week end tourist /visitor in Taiwan.
