體驗式的旅遊講求以旅遊、導覽與科技來輔助旅遊(Antonio, 2011),許多地區的開始透過行動應用程式來介紹在地的資訊,擴增實境科技融入行動應用程式,使實景與虛擬物件的結合,互動式的導覽讓民眾有更悅趣的體驗。而科技應用是否能符合參與者需求的體驗經驗,及其對擴增實境科技融入環境文化體驗是否有助益及接受度如何,是值得研究的議題。本研究以使用者經驗的研究方法,對行動導覽的使用者經驗進行研究,以使用者體驗地圖分析法,使用性評估法,探討目前此類行動導覽使用者體驗的情形,針對代表性個案進行互動流程分析研究,並提出以擴增實境融入設計的建議。研究結果發現行動導覽應用程式的6項痛點:(一)功能設置不夠多元(二)操作易用性差(三)交互體驗回饋少(四)信息提供過於混亂(五)視覺設計不直覺(六)系統穩定度差。依據使用性分析結果提出行動導覽應用程式設計原則:視覺風格須具主題性、文字與圖示的按鈕功能易理解、一致性的色調、多元功能服務、增加趣味遊戲、AR互動、及周邊產業結合。研究結果提供融入擴增實境之行動導覽應用程式的設計建議。
Experiential tourism requires tourism, navigation, and technology to assist tourism (Antonio. 2011) . Many regions have begun to introduce local information through mobile applications. Applying augmented reality technology to mobile navigation applications integrates real and virtual images. The combination of objects and interactive navigation gives people a more enjoyable experience. However. Could augmented reality technology application meet users' experiences and needs? Is it helpful and acceptable for users to learn about environmental culture? These issues are worthy of to be studied. The study explores users' mobile navigation experience, usability, and interactive process analysis. User experience methods such as experience map analysis, usability tests, and interaction flow analysis are adopted to explore users' experiences. The results found six pain points of mobile navigation apps: (1) Insufficient functional settings. (2) Poor ease of use. (3) Poor interactive experience feedback. (4) Confusion information. (5) Unintuitive visual design. (6) Poor system stability. The results lead to some design principles for mobile navigation applications. The visual style must be thematic. The button functions of text and icons must be easy to understand and have a consistent color. Multi-functional services such as AR interaction games integrated with peripheral industries and environments enhance use interests. The conclusion provides further suggestions for AR mobile navigation applications design.
