本研究在探討台灣地區公立國民小學教師與學校行政人員互動的微觀政治素養。研究採取文獻探討、調查研究與半結構訪談等方法。調查研究以台灣本島地區各縣市公立國民小學1688 位教師為樣本,蒐集資料後分別以描述性統計、t 考驗與單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行資料分析。進一步依據母群體,分別抽取教師兼主任、教師兼組長、級任教師與科任教師各3 人,共12 人進行訪談。本研究結論如下:一、教師與學校行政人員互動的微觀政治素養頗佳。二、男教師與學校行政人員互動的微觀政治素養高於女教師。三、不同職務的教師與學校行政人員互動的微觀政治素養有差異,其中以教師兼主任微觀政治素養最高。四、校齡41 年以上學校之教師與學校行政人員互動的微觀政治素養,高於校齡16-40 年之學校教師。
This research aims to investigate the interaction of micropolitical literacy among elementary school teachers and administrative staff members in Taiwan. The research methods include literature, survey, and semi-structured interviews. The research sample includes one thousand six hundred and eighty-eight public elementary school teachers in Taiwan. After data collection, descriptive analysis, t-test, and one-way ANOVA analysis were employed to analyze the data. Twelve teachers were randomly selected for the interviews. Out of the twelve subjects, three of whom were chiefs, three section chiefs, three teachers, and the other three were homeroom teachers. The findings are as follows. 1.These teachers and administrative staff members in the interaction have adequate micropolitical literacy. 2.Compared with female teachers, male teachers have higher micropolitical literacy as they interact with administrative staff members. 3.Micropolitical literacy varies among teachers with different. Those teachers who also work as chiefs have the highest micropolitical literacy. 4.Micropolitical literacy in schools with more than 41 years of history is higher than those between 16-40 years of history.
