培養基添加乙烯前驅物及抑制劑對蝴蝶蘭瓶苗生長之影響

Effects of Supplementing Ethylene Precursor and Ethylene Inhibitor on Growth of Phalaenopsis Plantlets In Vitro

本試驗主要探討培養基添加乙烯前驅物或抑制劑對蝴蝶蘭芽切子瓶苗生長之影響,結果顯示培養基中添加乙烯前驅物、CoCl2或AgNO3 50、100μM可提高Doritaenopsis Jiuhbao Red Rose、Phalaenopsis Sogo Yukidian 'V3'及Dtps. Taida Salu子瓶苗葉幅、葉長及地上部鮮、乾重,並可降低下位葉黃化率;培養基中添加乙烯前驅物(1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid, ACC)則會提高下位葉黃化率。本試驗各處理無法顯著提高Dtps. Jiuhbao Red Rose及Phal. Sogo Yukidian 'V3'子瓶苗根部生長,但於培養基添加1、5μMCoCl2可顯著增加Dtps. Taida Salu子瓶苗根部鮮重。

This study was conducted on the effect of ethylene precursor and inhibitor on the growth of plantlets of phalaenopsis grown in vitro. The leaf span, leaf length, shoot fresh weight and dry weight of Doritaenopsis Jiuhbao Red Rose, Phalaenopsis Sogo Yukidian 'V3' and Dtps. Taida Salu plantlets increased when cultured on medium supplemented with either CoCl2 or AgNO3 at 50, 100 μM. Plantlets on these treatments also showed reduction of lower leaf yellowing rate. However, medium supplemented with 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid (ACC) showed higher rate of lower leaf yellowing. Root growth did not increase on medium supplemented with CoCl2, AgNO3 and ACC in Dtps. Jiuhbao Red Rose and Phal. Sogo Yukidian 'V3' plantlets. Nevertheless, root fresh weight of Dtps. Taida Salu plantlets increased when cultured on medium with 1 or 5 μM CoCl2.
