催花前後肥料成分與施用濃度對蝴蝶蘭大白花品種Phalaenopsis Sogo Yukidian 'V3'生長與開花之影響

Effects of Fertilizer Source and Concentration during Pre- and Post-Forcing on Growth and Flowering of Phalaenopsis Sogo Yukidian 'V3'

摘要


本研究旨在探討催花前後肥料成分與施用濃度對蝴蝶蘭大白花品種Phalaenopsis Sogo Yukidian ‘V3’由盆徑7.5 cm換至10.5 cm後之生長與開花之影響。栽培180天後,葉片展幅以催花前2週施用Peters 15 N-10P2O5-30 K2O 0.33 g/L處理,37.0 cm最長,而葉片數則以催花後2週施用Peters 15 N-10 P2O5- 30 K2O 0.33 g/L 處理,8.3最多,根數以催花前4週施用Peters 15 N-10 P2O5-30 K2O 0.66 g/L 處理,26.3 最多,而根長於催花前後不同施肥時期中,施用相同肥料成分間比較,除催花前2週之處理外,皆以低濃度肥料處理較高濃度處理長。催花前8與4週施用不同肥料成分與濃度處理,抽梗至開花日數介於120.5-128.1天之間,與對照組和其它不同時期處理介於133.1-136.9天比較,日數較短,可較早開花。因此催花前後改變肥料成分與濃度處理,對Phal. Sogo Yukidian ‘V3’營養生長時期並無明顯差異,而催花前8與4週改施用Peters 10 N-30 P2O5-20K2O 與Peters 15 N-10 P2O5 -30 K2O,可能由於氮肥比例較低,而有較早抽梗之趨勢。

This study aimed to explore effects of fertilizer sources and concentration for pre- and post-forcing on growth and flowering of Phal. Sogo Yukidian ‘V3’. After 180 days planting, the leaf span were the longest and it reached 37.0 cm by using Peters N-P2O5 -K2O 15-10-30 0.33 g/L 2 weeks before forcing and the average leaf number were the biggest and it reached 8.3 by treating with Peters N-P2O5-K2O 15-10-30 0.33 g/L 2 weeks after forcing. The root number were the biggest and it reached 26.3 by the treatment with Peters 15N-10P2O5-30K2O 0.66 g/L 4 weeks before forcing and used the same kind of fertilizer at different fertilization period the root length treated with low fertilizer concentration were longer than those used high one except for the treatment of 2 weeks before forcing. However, using different fertilizers and concentration the days from spiking to flowering were from 120.5 to 128.1 days at 4 and 8 weeks before forcing and those were shorter than the control and different treated groups which ranged from 133.1 to 136.9 days and flowered early. The effects of changing fertilizer sources and concentration for pre- and post-forcing on vegetative phase of Phal. Sogo Yukidian ‘V3’ were not significant. The days to spiking were shortened by used Peters 10N-30P2O5-20K2O and Peters 15N-10P2O5-30K2O 2 weeks and 8 weeks before forcing, because the fertilizer source had low proportional of nitrogen.
