摘要

Taiwan has been well known internationally as the ＂Kingdom of Phalaenopsis＂, and exports orchids worldwide. In vitro aseptic germination and micropropagation of orchids are key propagation system for orchid commercial production. Regarding the methodologies to asymbiotic germination and its regeneration are explored. This paper also discusses the rapid mericlonal multiplication techniques and general background information used in micropropagation studies. We expect that the protocols provides an overview on various orchids micropropagation used in mass production.

臺灣銷售大量蘭花種苗至世界各國，在國際上素有“蝴蝶蘭王國”之雅稱，有關蘭花器內無菌播種及微體繁殖為蘭花商業生產之關鍵繁殖系統。本文根據其共生與非共生發芽及其再生系統的方法學進行了研究，並綜論蘭花快速繁殖技術與一般的微體繁殖之研究，期望此等技術規程能提供於不同蘭花之微體繁殖種苗大量生產應用。
