氮鉀肥施用量對台農十三號鳳梨園土壤化學性質、果實品質及產量的影響

Effect of the Fertilization Rates of Nitrogen and Potassium on the Soil Chemical Properties and Quality and Yield of Pineapple (Tainung No.13)

摘要


本研究乃探討不同氮要鉀肥施用量對台農十三踸鳳梨園土壤化學性質及葉片養分濃度之變化,以及對鳳梨果品品質與產量的影響。結果發現,於催花期除了土壤pH值外,各項土壤性質皆有降低情形,而採收期較催花期所調查的各項土壤性質普遍有降低情形。植體營養元素,在催花前除了氮、磷之外,其餘元素濃度皆有提昇情形,而在採收期除鈣濃度提昇外,其餘元素濃度皆有下降情形。催花前株高以中量氮肥、低鉀肥施用懷現較佳,果長、果寬各處理間無明顯差異,糖度以高氮肥、中量鉀肥施用最佳,而產量以低氮、低鉀肥施用為最高,顯示在施用低氮肥(450kg ha-1)、低鉀肥(340 kg ha-1)情況下對鳳梨有較佳影響。

The experiment was conducted to study the effect of different rates of N-K2O fertilizers on the varieties of soil properties and leaf nutritions concentration. And then survey the quality and yield of pineapple (Tainung No.13). The results showed that the soil properties declined except pH before flower forcing, and it declined when pineapple harvested in comparison with anthesis stage. The concentration of every elements concentration raised except N and P before flower forcing, and the concentration of every elements concentration declined except calcium at harvested stage in comparison with anthesis stage. The plant height is highest when treated with medium nitrogen and lower potassium fertilizer before flower forcing. The fruit length and width had no significant differences between different treatments. The sugar content was highest when treated with higher nitrogen and medium potassium fertilizers. The yield was highest when treated with lower nitrogen and potassium fertilizer. The proper rate of nitrogen for pineapple (Tainung No.13) is 450 kg/ha, and potassium is 340 kg/ha.
