北北基桃地區便利商店空間群聚與通路並存之演變

The transformation of the spatial clustering and coexistence of CVS in Taipei-Keelung-Taoyuan metropolitan area

摘要


本文探討北北基桃地區便利商店之空間群聚與並存現象,透過區域性時空發展之差異與演變,驗證前人之研究成果,並以網格式資料克服點資料與村里行政單元為分析帶來的侷限,研究結果顯示,便利商店產業之空間群聚約略於2007年前後達到頂點,近十年多以原址翻新或近鄰搬遷之方式延續既有區位,較少見大規模之空間擴張行為;歷來研究對影響便利商店數量之各類人口指標,以至於對商圈大小之設定,均較適用於雙北都會區,在基隆、桃園以至於中南部地區,則需考量人口結構之差異予以調整;近年來隨著全家便利商店的擴張,雙北地區便利商店通路間的門市並存,已由多通路競爭轉變為統一、全家兩大通路對決之局面。

This article investigates the transformation of the spatial clustering and coexistence of CVS in Taipei-Keelung-Taoyuan metropolitan area, examining the previous research results by the tempo-spatial difference and change of the regional development, and overcome the analytical limits of point data and village administrative unit. The result shows that the CVS spatial clustering achieved the highest level about 2007, the location of CVS mainly succeed the existing business district by remodeling in situ or moving nearby rather than obtaining new site. The relational population indexes and the size of business district of the previous researches are more proper in Taipei metropolitan area, in contrast in Keelung, Taoyuan and central or southern Taiwan needs to be adjusted base on the population structure. Accompanied the growth of Familymart recent years, the coexistence of CVS in Taipei metropolitan have from multiple coexistence to oligopoly competition with 7-ELEVEN and Familymart.
