強化變更作業關鍵品質以降低軟體開發風險

Enhancing Plan Change Operation Quality to Reduce Software Development Risk

摘要


計畫變更是軟體專案開發過程必須面臨的考驗,能夠克服各式各樣計畫變更衝擊,才能有效降低軟體專案的失敗風險。通過審核的計畫變更案必須深入剖析其影響範圍,且反映在已規劃的經費、時程與資源等相關項目上,讓專案經理能夠及時調整且掌控變更後的計畫,具體降低計畫變更的衝擊與傷害。軟體專案開發過程中,受到錯誤更正、需求變更、技術環境演變及資源調整等狀況,必須進行計畫變更,任何一項計畫變更案,對於軟體專案都將造成重大的影響,已完成的文件必須配合變更進行修訂、計畫成本必須重新估算、時程必須再調整、品質必須再確認等作業,最後更成為軟體專案失敗的關鍵。為了降低軟體專案淪為失敗計畫的風險,本文探究計畫變更的相關作業,規劃一套變更管理作業程序(CMOP),並剖析與蒐集計畫變更管理作業的關鍵品質因子,進而提出一套變更作業品質量測(COQM)模式,標示出變更作業的品質問題與缺失,適時擬定改善方式與矯正措施,以高品質的變更作業降低軟體開發風險。

In software development process, it is necessary to face challenge for plan change. For effectively reducing development risk, software project must overcome the impact of plan change. Plan change proposal which has passed auditing, should deeply parse affected range, and directly reflect to budget, schedule, quality and resource planned items. So, project manager can quickly adjust and control the planned items, and reduce the impact and damage of software project. In software project execution, plan change is attributed to error correction, requirement revision, environment evolution, and resource adjustment events. Any plan change always increases including document revision, budget re-estimation, schedule adjustment and quality assurance extra work. Quality of extra work becomes a critical factor of project failure. In this paper, in order to reduce the risk of project failure, related work of change management is discussed and proposes a change management operation procedure (CMOP). Collect, parse the key quality factor of CMOP, and build a Change Operation Quality Measurement (COQM) model. Based on COQM model, the change operation quality problems and defects of CMOP can be identified. Extending improvement and revision method can increase change operation quality, and reduce software development risk.
