太陽能電池等效電路模式與數值模擬方法

Equivalent Circuit Model and Numerical Simulation Method for Solar Cells

摘要


p-n接面單一能隙太陽能電池是最先商業化並且廣泛使用的結構。如何在給定材料性質、太陽能電池結構特性和光源頻譜的參數下,進行快速且準確的特性模擬以進行分析與設計,是需要研究的重要課題之一。本文中我們提出對太陽能電池的等效電路模式進行電腦模擬的數值方法,對於擴散電流、空乏區復合電流以及漏電流和阻抗所消耗的壓差,作不同操作偏壓的定量分析。

p-n junction single-gap solar cells are the earliest commercial and the most used structure. How to do faster and more accurate simulation and analysis by the given material, the structure of solar cell and the spectrum of light source is one of the most important researches. In this study, we proposed the numerical method for the equivalent circuit model of solar cells to do some quantitative analysis with the applied bias voltage, including the diffusion current, space charge recombination current, leakage current, and the voltage drop by the resistance.
