Introduce of Amorphous Silicon / Crystalline Silicon Heterojunction Solar Cells

摘要


矽異質接面太陽能電池(Heterojunction Solar Cells with Intrinsic Thin Layer, HIT)結合了單晶矽基板與非晶矽薄膜材料,具有製作成本低、製程溫度低、轉換效率高、溫度特性穩定等優勢,是近年來備受矚目的研發領域。因此,本文針對HIT太陽能電池在過去的發展歷程、現在所面對的製程課題、以及在未來物聯網時代的延伸應用進行簡介與展望。

Heterojunction solar cells with intrinsic thin layer (HIT) solar cells possessing the advantage of crystalline silicon (c-Si) solar cells and amorphous silicon solar cells have attracted great attention due to its low cost, low process temperature, high efficiency and better temperature coefficient. This article gives a brief description of the development of HIT solar cells, summarizes some essential tasks to be solved and introduces the extended applications in the upcoming Internet of Thing (IoT) era.
