台灣中高級日語學習者所寫的日文請託信之特徵與問題點-以本文的組織結構與請託用字遣詞爲研究主題

The Study of the Characteristics and Problems of the Letter of Request for the Intermediate and Advanced Japanese Learners in Taiwan-The Analysis of Construction and Request Expression of the Body

摘要


本研究針對日文應用文參考書中之請託信範例與台灣中高級日語學習者所寫之日文請託信,進行比較分析,歸納出台灣日語學習者在書寫日文請託信時,有關「本文」的「組織結構」和「請託用字遣詞」上的特徵與問題點。經研究發現,兩者在「本文」的「組織結構」和「請託用字遣詞」的書寫方式上,差異甚大。台灣日語學習者在書寫日文請託信時,有可能會造成:片面強調自己的需要,而沒有顧慮到對方的負面印象。台灣日語學習者之所以會寫出這樣的請託信,其原因可能是受到母語思考模式的影響,以及缺乏在日語請託策略上的知識及認知。

This study is to compare and analyze the difference of the letters of request between the intermediate and advanced Japanese learners in Taiwan and the reference books about the writing of Japanese letters for those whose mother tongue is Japanese. We found the distinguishing difference of usage and the composition in construction and request expressions of the body between the Taiwanese learners and the examples in the reference books. The way the letters of request written by Taiwan's Japanese learners might bring them the negative image, because those letters might cause the Japanese native speakers to think that Taiwan's Japanese learners just focus too much on their own needs but do not consider others'. This tendency might be caused by their mother tongue's way of thinking and the lacks of knowledge and recognition in request strategies of the Japanese language.
