本研究針對台灣和日本的大學生用各自的母語所書寫之請託信進行比較分析,藉以了解兩者間的特徵與差異。本研究重點放在:1.請託之語言形態,2.請託信主文之敘述結構,3.請託之「影響策略」。 經分析後得到以下結論: 1.在講究禮節的請託信裡,台灣和日本的大學生均使用間接之請託語言形態。 2.與日本大學生相較之下,台灣大學生在書寫請託信主文時,較少顧慮到受委託人的心理負擔。另外,台灣大學生在請託後表示感謝之意,這也是與日本大學生不同之處。 3.爲了獲得對方的允諾所使用的「影響策略」方面,觀察到兩者之間的文化差異。 依據本分析結果判斷,台灣日語學習者當用日語向日語母語者請託時,較容易出現母語負遷移的現象,而給予對方不禮貌的印象。因此在指導時需要特別留意。
This study is to compare and analyze the difference of the letters of request written by the Japanese and the Taiwanese college students in their own mother tongues, so that we can understand the difference and the characteristics between the two. This study focus on the followings: 1.The linguistic style of request, 2.The construction process of their description in the main part of the letters of request, 3.The influence strategies for requests. The following conclusions are obtained from this study: 1 .Both Japanese and Taiwanese college students use indirect style of request in their letters of requests, 2.When compared with the Japanese college students, Taiwanese college students consider less for those who are requested and how they feel about the requests. In addition, Taiwanese students will express their gratitude after their requests, 3.We can observe the difference between these two cultures regarding their use of influence strategies, to get their commitments from those who are requested.
