近年日語學習人數大爲增加,又以年輕族群爲最。在實際的日語教育執行面產生諸多問題,例如:教師人數不足、教材、教學法相關資訊不足、日本文化或社會相關的資訊不足等。 本稿之研究目的在探討台灣中等日語教師養成制度,並以台日課程比較觀點進行檢討。結論如下: 1.日語教師養成機關 台灣以「開放性」及「大學師資培育」兩大原則進行中等日語師資養成教育。然而,目前因人數限制致培育的學生人數減少,以「開放性」及「教育權」觀點,有改善之必要性。 2.中等日語教師養成課程 台灣乃以學習日語能力爲主軸的課程設計,若考慮國際社會中所需求的綜合能力與資質,課程的多元化爲不可或缺的考慮觀點。
The number of Japanese learners has increased in large amount recently in Taiwan, especially among the young people. The effect of promotion of Japanese as second foreign language in high schools is terrific. Nevertheless, Japanese language teaching is encountering some problems, such as, the insufficient of Japanese language teachers, and the short of teaching materials or teaching methods, or the lack of associated information of Japanese culture and society. The purpose of this paper is to analyze on the secondary Japanese-language teacher training in Taiwan, centrally focus on the comparison of Taiwan's and Japan's curricula. The following results are found from this study; 1. The organization of teacher training: The secondary Japanese-Language teacher training in Taiwan is led by two principles: ”opening of the university” and ”teacher's training in the university”. However, the number of students is less than ever due to the restriction of members of students. Which should be improved from the rights of liberal (opening of the university) and educational, to allow more students to take the Japanese language teacher training course. 2. The curriculum of Japanese-language teacher training: In Taiwan, the principal axis of Japanese curriculum is the ability of language learning. Considering the synthetic ability and intelligence which are demanded in the world, it's inevitable to make the curricula diversified.
