摘要

下顎第二大臼齒阻生可能源自：(1)下顎生長不足以致第二大臼齒缺乏空間萌出；或(2)在萌出過程中牙胚軸向與第一大臼齒軸向關係不佳；本病例為利用扶正彈簧，歷時9個月扶正下顎兩側水平阻生之第二大臼齒之病例報告

Mandibular second molar impaction may result from (1) a lack of space in the arch due to inadequate mandibular growth or (2) from an undesirable axial inclination of the tooth germ. With the use of up righting spring, we finished this case of mandibular bilateral second molar impaction within nine months.
