摘要

「前牙開咬」的病例在臨床上所佔患者的比例一般低於5％，所以矯正醫師面對前牙開咬的患者，在經驗上與技術上都較不熟練。本篇報告舉出男性、女性各一位且具有前牙開咬的患者，雖然在臨床上的評估結果非常相近，且診斷上也幾乎相同，但因其個人要求與齒列空間多寡之不同，而施以不同的治療方式—“不拔牙治療（妙技術）”與“拔牙治療”，來解決其前牙開咬的主訴。本篇報告的目的在於兩種治療前牙開咬的方法，比較出其治療結果之異同處。(J.Taiwan Assoc.Orthod.14(3):26-38,2002)
