以電漿與鹵素燈聚合之強化型玻璃樹脂矯正粘著劑之細胞相容性研究

摘要


臨床上越來越多醫師以電漿取代傳統鹵素燈作爲光聚合樹脂之工具,而以會釋出氟化物之強化型玻璃樹脂矯正粘著劑作爲矯正支架之粘著材料也是臨床上另一類選擇。過去研究發現強化型玻璃樹脂矯正粘著劑於傳統之光聚合下具有細胞毒性,因此本研究目的則爲探討以電漿作爲光照之來源時,強化型玻璃樹脂矯正粘著劑聚合後其釋出物之細胞毒性爲何。以強化型玻璃樹脂矯正粘著劑經傳統鹵素燈與電漿聚合後浸泡於培養液一週後,分析作用於U20S細胞株一小時,三小時和五小時後。以MTT分析細胞之存活率。結果以one way ANOVA統計分析。結果發現傳統鹵素燈或電漿聚合之樹脂對U20S細胞之存活率相同,即均會造成細胞毒性。

The effective and speed light cure system 烢 lasma arc light 唹 is used in clinic recently. The application to the orthodontic bonding system is more popular in bracket bond procedure. The purpose of the present study is to evaluate the biological effect of the plasma arc light or halogen light cured resin reinforcement glass ionomer adhesive in vitro. The Fuji Ortho LC adhesive was cured by above light cure systems. The seven days extract solution of the adhesive were tested on the U2OS cells. The MTT assay was used to determined the viability of the cell. One way analysis of variance was used as statistical method, with p<0.05 showed statistical difference. The result showed either plasma arc light or halogen light cured adhesive were toxic to the U2OS cells. The new applied plasma arc light cure system does not decrease the biological side effects of the adhesives.
