前牙錯咬之齒顎矯正治療與追蹤一病例報告
Orthodontic Treatment and Follow Up of and Anterior Crossbite-Case Report
摘要
臨床上前牙錯咬之鑑別診斷很重要，因為不同的診斷結果，其治療計畫、時機與預後也會有所不同。本病例是利用林錦榮醫師的〝診斷三圓環〞來加以診斷，並予以拔牙治療，治療後分別於2年及5年作追蹤檢查，其咬合與外貌仍相當穩定和諧，基本上是一成功且預後良好的病例。

It is important to make differential diagnosis of anterior crossbite in clinic, because there will be a different treatment planning, timing and prognosis, when a different diagnosis was made. This anterior crossbite case was diagnosised via Dr. Lin's ”Diagnosis Tricircle”, and was treated with four 1 st bicuspid extraction, then was followed up 2 years and 5 years respectively after treatment. The occlusion and profile are all stable and harmonious, basically this is a successful case with good prognosis.
