摘要

本文報告一接受矯正突出增加齒槽骨高度以利植體植入的病例。病患為30歲男性病患，右上正中門齒為殘根，其齒槽骨高度不足，尤其以頰側更為明顯，不宜直接種植植體，故期利用矯正慢速矯正突出增加齒槽骨高度。經五個多月的持續治療期，齒槽骨約增加了4至5mm，高度足夠植體的植入，故經近兩個月的固定期後就接受了植體手術於該處，目前持續穩定回診中。

This is a case report of orthodontic extrusion for the implant site preparation. A30 y/o gentleman who's right upper central incisor was a retained root & had insufficient alveolar bone level for implantation, especially on buccal side. At the end of 5 months active orthodontic extrusion, the alveolar bone height on right upper central incisor increased 4 to 5 mm and it was enough for implant placement. After 2 months fixation, implantation was performed and patient is on regular follow up.
