摘要

當代牙科的治療應是各學科間的整合治療。牙周補綴學亦應包含
各不同的專科領域，舉凡口腔診斷、牙體復型、根管治療、牙周治療
、口腔外科、齒顎矯正、補綴、植牙及牙科技工的協助都應含蓋在內。
它的目標不僅在重建中度至嚴重牙周炎病患的口腔健康與功能且要達
成治癒牙周組織的長期穩定。
本論文集共提出九個牙周補綴治療病例，其中女性佔三例，男性佔
六例。病例年齡分佈於35歲至75歲，平均年齡53歲，治療時間13
月至44月，平均29月。治療方式主要依據病人主訴，牙周治療包含
非手術性與手術性治療（牙周翻瓣手術、牙冠增長手術、牙齒切半術、
牙根分離手術、牙根覆蓋手術、引導骨再生手術、植牙….），最終補
綴物設計包含傳統固定式義齒、傳統可撤式義齒、套疊式覆蓋式義齒、
植體支持固定義齒、植體支持覆蓋式義齒。總計全口重建七例，局部
重建二例。

The modern dental treatment is interdisciplinary treatment. Periodontal prosthesis covers different specialized fields , involving oral diagnosis, operative dentistry, endodontic therapy, periodontal treatment, oral surgery, orthodontics, prosthodontis, and support of dental technician. Its goals are
not only to reestablish of the oral heath and function of the patients with moderate to advance periodontitis but also to achieve the long-term stability of the treated periodontal tissue.
This thesis included nine periodontal prosthetic treated cases (3 females and 6 males). The cases happen to 35 to 75 years old (average: 53 years old).Treatment time is from13 to 44 months (average: 29 months). These cases were applied with many therapeutic methods. The periodontal treatment included nonsurgical and surgical procedure (open-flap curettage, crown lengthening procedures, hemisection, root separation, root coverage, connective tissue graft, guided bone regeneration and implant placement). The final prostheses included various designs (conventional fixed partial denture, clasp retained partial denture, implant supported overdenture, könus or telescope denture). In all, seven patients had full mouth rehabilitation and two patients had local surgical treatment and reconstruction.
