摘要

矯正治療裝置之主角為矯正支架與矯正線，二者關係於矯正牙齒之移動上非常重要，其原因乃是二者之間會產生摩擦力。摩擦力於矯正支治療上可以是助力也是阻力，此端看矯正醫師於治療時如何之應用。本文為一回顧性文章，主要介紹摩擦力於矯正裝置上可能受到的影響因子、結紮線對於矯正支架與金屬線之影響、不同材質之矯正支架對於摩擦力之影響。

Frictional force is existed between in orthodontic bracket and orthodontic wires. Friction can be a stopper or a helper in orthodontic clinical treatment. It is a stopper when tooth is going to slide to movement. It can be a helper when tooth needed to be as anchorage. There are many factors that influence the friction. It is important to understand and apply it carefully. This paper is to discuss the friction relationship between orthodontic bracket and wire.
