摘要
牙齒錯位對許多矯正醫師來說是個大挑戰，常常從診斷到治療計劃的擬訂，都須要更多的資訊和知識，才能做出最好的決定，讓牙齒放在將錯就錯的位置，有時反而是全盤考慮之下的最佳選擇，但究竟牙齒錯位是如何發生的？該如何診斷？有沒有防止發生的可能性？都是我們最想知道的事情。因此，本篇最主要的目的是針對“牙齒錯位”這主題，將近年來發表的文獻回顧做一歸納、整理，希望能帶給各位臨床醫師較全面的概念。

Tooth transposition is a big challenge for many orthodontists. We need more information and knowledge to diagnosis and plan treatment sequence correctly. However, let the teeth in the transposed position is sometimes the best choice after taking everything into consideration. But what is the etiology for teeth transposition? How to diagnosis? Is there anything we could do to prevent teeth transposition? All of these we would like to know. The purpose of this article is to review papers about tooth transposition. We hope it will be helpful for clinicians.
