牙齒錯位之分析

摘要

牙齒錯位是指在同一象限中兩顆或以上之恆牙萌出時位置互換之現象，雖然目前對牙齒錯位之機制尚未有定論，但推測與牙胚生長發育及牙齒萌發過程有著密切相關。又上顎犬齒錯位之發生率約為0.3%，為口腔內各牙齒之冠，而且在治療時常碰到牙根相互影響，甚至造成牙根吸收、牙周組織受損及牙髓壞死之情況。因此本報告從牙齒錯位之發生率、分類、病因學、診斷、治療計劃之擬定與治療過程作一完整說明，藉此讓讀者對牙齒錯位有更進一步之了解。

Tooth transposition is a phenomenon of two or more tooth position exchanged within a quadrant. Although the mechanism of tooth transposition is not clear, but it seems to be close relate to the development of tooth germ and the process of eruption. The prevalence of maxillary canine transposition is 0.3%. This is very complicate to treat canine transposition caused by root resorption, periodontal destruction and pulp necrosis. In this report, we have focused on the prevalence, etiology, classification, diagnosis, and treatment planning and treatment procedure of tooth transposition. We hope those can help clinicians to know how to treat this kind of patients.
