摘要

醫源性傷害因為常引發醫療糾紛，近年來被廣泛討論。齒顎矯正治療所引起的口內醫源性傷害範圍從牙齒、齒槽骨等硬組織到牙齦、黏膜、神經等軟組織。幾乎在齒顎矯正治療的每一步驟都能發生非預期的傷害。臨床醫師唯有清楚了解各種醫源性傷害的原因，及在齒顎矯正治療過程採取相關措施，才能有效避免發生此負面反應。本文籍由文獻回顧，探討口內醫源性傷害的原因、預防與處理方式，提供醫師臨床上參考。

The iatrogenic injuries, which often lead to medical tangles, have been widely discussed in recent years. The areas of intraoral iatrogenic injuries in orthodontics include both hard tissues and soft tissues: tooth, alveolar bone, gingiva, oral mucosa, nerve and so on. Almost every procedure during orthodontic therapy could result in unpredictable injuries. To avoid negative effects, the clinicians should understand all causes of various iatrogenic injuries, and take measures during orthodontic treatment. This article discusses the etiologies, prevention and management of intraoral injuries, and it may help for clinicians.
