摘要


隨著牙科植體學的進展,將植體應用作為矯正治療的暫時性骨性錨定裝置,為臨床矯正治療展開了新紀元。如今矯正用迷你骨釘在臨床使用非常普及,在治療需求上,期望能有良好的穩定度來提高臨床可預測性。近年來有大量研究著眼於分析影響骨釘臨床成功率的因素,其中包括植體的初級穩定度,次級穩定度和負重時間點的關係。本篇文章目的在回顧過去文獻,探討矯正用迷你骨釘周圍之組織反應,對植體施力負重的時間點和骨整合的情況,與植體穩定度和成功率之間的關係。

With the advances of dental implants, temporary skeletal anchorage devices have now become established orthodontic anchorage aids and launched a new era for clinical orthodontic therapy. Nowadays, orthodontic mini-screws are commonly used in daily practice and demand great stability and high predictability for therapeutic needs. In recent years, numerous publications have investigated multiple factors affecting success rates of orthodontic mini-screws. The aims of this review were to investigate the relationships between timing of loading and implant stability, and the impact of osseointegration on orthodontic mini-screws.
