從教學領導到課程領導-相關問題之探討

A Study of Instruction Leader as Curriculum Leaders

摘要


近幾年,因學界的呼籲及教育實際的需求,國民中小學的校長已逐漸走出單純的行政領導的角色,教學領導的角色功能愈來愈受到重視,現今再加上國家課程與教學政策改革的影響,國民中小學校長另一種新的角色功能-「課程領導」也日益受到關注。參考國外教育發展的情況,我國中小學校長實施教學領導與課程領導似已是未來必然的趨勢,但其中仍有相當的問題與困難有待解決與克服,故本文即嘗試從此切入,藉由問題的討論,期能引發大家正視理論與實際的差距,共同思考解決之道,讓校長教學領導與課程領導的措施能早日真正落實於實際學校教育的運作中。

In recent years, principals of elementary and junior high schools are not only playing the role of administration leaders, but also instructional leaders due to scholars' appeals and practical necessity of education. Furthermore, another functional role which is curriculum leadership is attracting more concerns due to the influence of curriculum and instructional policies reformation. Referring to education development from other countries, it is a natural trend that elementary and junior high school principals play both roles of instructional and curriculum leadership, but there are still obstacles to be overcome. We hope this article can give a clear idea concerning the difference between theory and reality, and then find a way to solve the practical problems. We hope this step of principals' instructional and curriculum leadership could be implemented to the operation of practical school education.
