國民小學實施暑期學習課程方案之研究:以閩南語教學為例

A Study of the Summer Program for Elementary Schools in Taiwan -Taking Taiwanese Teaching as an Example

摘要


基於推動國民小學本土語言暑期學習課程方案為我國課程改革的新興重點,閩南語係為本土語言之一;本研究選取三所實施以閩南語教學為主的暑期學習課程之國民小學,並透過課堂觀察、焦點團體座談及自編暑期學習課程滿意度量表,探討其課程規劃與實施、教學設計、教學策略及學生學習滿意度等相關情形。在重要研究發現方面,根據本研究的學生學習滿意度調查結果,有半數的學生滿意各校以閩南語教學為主的暑期學習課程課程,且有七成以上的學生有意願再參加;另外,本研究根據課堂觀察及焦點團體座談等研究資料的分析,據以說明三所個案學校以閩南語教學為主的暑期學習課程實施情形,並據此提出建議,以供教育主管機關或各校將來持續推動以閩南語教學為主的暑期學習課程之參考。

Popularizing native language is one of the most important directions in curriculum policy in Taiwan, and summer problems are believed to reduce students' learning loss. As such, though classroom observations, focus group interviews and a self-developed scale of satisfaction about summer curriculums, the present study selected three elementary schools which had run the pilot scheme of Native Language (Taiwanese) Summer Program to investigate their students' satisfaction, curriculum planning, teaching practice and classroom management. The findings from the survey of the students' satisfaction indicated that over half of the students felt satisfied about the programs, and more than 70% of students would be willing to participate again. Furthermore, the document analysis of the classroom observations and the focus group interviews revealed the relevant factors which might influence the students' willingness to learn native language, and thus the findings of the present study provided recommendations for the education authorities and schools on how to promote the summer programs in the future.
