登階訓練對心肺耐力、肌耐力及肌力影響之研究

The Effects of the Step Test on the Cardio Vascular, Muscle Endurance and Muscle Strength Functions

摘要


本研究的目的在探討受試者在經過8週,每週三次的登階訓練後,身體的心肺功能、肌耐力及肌力是否會有顯著的幫助。以24位男性學生為受試者,在未接受訓練前及訓練後分別測其最大耗氧量、肌耐力及肌力,所得之資料以重覆樣本t-test考驗,α值定為0.05,結果發現訓練後最大耗氧量及肌耐力顯著的進步,肌力方面則無顯著差異。所得之結論為:登階訓練對心肺功能及肌耐力的提昇有顯著的幫助,至於肌力方面則無顯著的影響。

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the step test will do good to the function of the cardio vascular, muscle endurance and muscle strength. Twenty-four students were selected in the test. To analyze the function of maximal oxygen consumption, muscle endurance and muscle strength before training and after training. Using Repeated Measures t-test to examine the data, and letting α equal 0.05, we found maximal oxygen consumption and muscle endurance values were much higher than that we got before training. However, muscle strength value didn't change much. So, we conclude that the step test will do some good to the function of the cardio vascular and muscle endurance. As for the function of the muscle strength, no good will be done to it.
