空間資訊技術應用於國有土地勘清查作業之研究

摘要

國有非公用土地之各項相關業務，常需派員至實地勘查，以明瞭現場之使用狀況。而現行勘清查作業仍採用傳統之方式；即以布捲尺約略測量，並採用人工描繪製圖之方式。其成果精確度常遭質疑且常有重複繪製之情事發生，不但浪費人力且管理上亦較不經濟。本文研究以空間資訊技術應用於國有土地勘清查作業上，並與傳統的作業方式做比較。期能提供更有效率及精確之作業方式，俾有利於固有非公用土地各項業務之執行。

It is a routine work for surveyors to reconnoitre the national land, which is not used for the public purpose, in order to gain information of its utilization. Up to date, the traditional methods of surveying are limited on using the tape to measure the distance, then to draw a sketch by hands for producing a map. As a result, it is not only the accuracy of mapping is questionable, but also repetition of creating a map. In this paper, the geomatics techniques are introduced and applied in surveying the national land, as well as compared with the traditional methods for the obtaining of the better performance and more accurate results.
