後現代的生涯心理測驗解釋之效果研究

摘要

後現代紀元的生涯諮商呈現新的風貌，生涯心理測驗的解釋方法亦經歷重要的轉變。本研究旨在瞭解後現代典範生涯心理測驗解釋的諮商效果，其測驗解釋流程是以後現代主要諮商學派之一的焦點解決諮商法為主要架構。結果發現，這套測驗解釋方法能夠大幅提昇來談者的自我認同，產生很大的激勵作用。又，能夠強化諮商效果的技巧包括「正向例外」、「正向回饋」、「暫停」等技巧。研究者對研究結果提出討論並對生涯諮商實務及未來研究提供建議。

As the paradigm of career counseling has shifted in the post-modern era, the interpretation of career inventories is undergoing a drastic change. The present study aims to understand the effects of the post-modern career inventory interpretation on clients. Solution-focused Therapy, one of the major post-modem therapies, is applied to the interpretation process. Clients' feedbacks show that the interpretation process empowers the client by enhancing his/her self-identity. Besides, Solution-focused Therapy techniques such as Positive Exception, Positive Feedback and Break seem to facilitate the counseling outcome. To finish with, the researchers discuss the results and make suggestions for career counseling practice and future studies.
