競技體操選手易發生之手腕傷害種類及預防

Injury Types and Preventions on Wrist of Gymnast

摘要


在體操運動過程當中,手腕必須承受許多不同類型的力量,像是劇烈的衝撞力、垂直的壓力、扭轉力、過度背屈或是因受力不平均造成的傷害等。這類的力量在體操選手使用手腕進行高負荷的負重運動時,往往變得更加劇烈,以至於提高了對手腕的傷害。本文旨在闡述體操選手易發生之手腕傷害種類及治療的方法;橈骨末端的壓力傷害是最常見的傷害,其他的傷害還有舟狀骨擠壓症、腕背側夾擊症、舟狀骨骨折、頭狀骨缺血性壞死、舟狀骨壓力性反應與骨折、腱鞘囊腫、手腕不穩定、手腕三角纖維軟骨撕裂傷、尺骨擠壓症和月三角骨間關節夾擊症等種類。在如此多樣化的手腕傷害中,該如何快速又精確的診斷出手腕傷害種類,並配合最有效的治療方式,是十分重要的。

In gymnastics, the wrists have to bear tremendous amount of weight in many different types like sever impact force, axial loading, twisting forces, hyperextension or other injuries caused by uneven forces. A gymnast's wrist is inclined to more acute injuries because of high overload during weight bearing exercises. This article is to explain the vulnerable injury types of wrist and their therapies. Distal radius impingement is the most common injury to a gymnast's wrist. Other injuries include scaphoid bone of wrist compression, dorsal wrist impingement, fracture of scaphoid bone, ischemic necrosis of capitate, stress/fatigue fracture of scaphoid bone, ganglion, unstable wrist, triangular fibrocartilage complex of wrist, ulna compression and lunotriquetral joint impingement and so on. It is very important to diagnose types of wrist injuries quickly and accurately among so many varieties and find the most efficient therapy.
