女性運動團隊之姊妹淘情誼與女同志現象

摘要

本文目的從性別議題著眼，以文獻回顧與分析方式，討論女性運動團隊中姊妹淘與同志現象。研究結果發現女性主義中的「關係中的自我」理論可以解釋女性運動團隊中同儕相處間的親密與依賴性，關於男女團體的研究也顯示女性因情緒導向形成如姊妹淘間的情誼。另一針對女性同志議題發現瞭解同志性別認同歷程的重要性，更深入知悉女性運動員背負的污名化壓力，以及身處運動團隊中女性同志選手之想法，希望可提供教練帶領女性運動團隊之參考。國內女性運動團隊中，是否存在以上兩種現象，女性運動員間的情誼到底是姊妹淘還是同志情愫令人迷惑，這種情況會對團隊造成困擾或助益？未來值得進一步透過質性研究的深度加以探討。

This study is designed by literature review and analysis to discuss the sisterhood relationship and lesbian phenomenon in female sports team. The results show that Self-in-Relation Theory can explain why female athletes are interdependent and empathic when getting along with each other. Besides, literatures indicate that emotional-based trait of females can be the reason for sisterhood relationship. The findings also indicate the necessity to realize about the recognition of homosexual identity. Furthermore, stigmatization brings much pressure on female athletes and the thoughts of lesbian athletes are included in the exploration. This study can offer an idea for coaches to lead a female sports team. Suggestions are made for future study.
