長、短式流暢經驗量表之發展

Introduction to the Development of Long and Short Flow Scales

摘要


本文旨在介紹流暢經驗測量的發展,與最新版本長式流暢經驗量表、短式流暢經驗量表的編製經過,目的在於介紹此一嚴謹且具有信度與效度的測量量表,提供相關領域研究者參考並提出使用建議。本文整理近年來研究流暢經驗測量之文獻資料,並著重於量表編製與運動領域相關文獻。從Csikszentmihalyi (1975)提出的流暢理論後,替近年來正向心理學(positive psychology)領域注入新的活力,而後續學者更透過驗證性因素分析應用於運動領域,並發展出適於測量運動員流暢經驗的量表,期望透過本文介紹,能有更多相關領域研究者使用此一量表,除了解目前現況之外,更期望能透過相關研究,提升運動員表現。

This study aims to introduce the development of the flow instruments, and the latest versions of the long and short flow scales. Furthermore, such sound measurement scale with reliability and validity was evaluated and identified so as to provide researchers in related fields some suggestions and future usage. The literature reviewed focused on flow scale development and its connection to sports in recent years. Flow theory (Csikszentmihalyi, 1975) offers positive psychology field new vitality, and the successors apply the confirmatory factor analysis in sports fields, and consequently the sport-specific flow measurement scale for athletes was developed. It is expected, through this introduction, more researchers in related fields will be interested in using this scale to acquire understanding of the current situation, and furthermore, to be helpful in improving athletes' performance.
