發展女壘選手競賽中進攻戰術執行能力之系統觀察法

壘球是一項富有技術性、團隊精神的運動，也比棒球更適合各年齡階層的人共同參與，壘球技術包含投、守、打、跑，而壘球比賽的勝負乃是靠積極進攻獲取分數進而贏得比賽。若無法靠積極打擊得分時，勢必仰賴進攻戰術的執行。因此，選手在競賽中進攻戰術執行能力高低可能會是比賽輸贏的關鍵，但國內並無有關選手競賽中進攻戰術執行能力之探討研究。本文旨在使用系統觀察法記錄與觀察選手的競賽中進攻戰術執行能力，將球員競賽中進攻戰術執行能力數據化，藉此讓球員對戰術更瞭解外，也讓教練更能瞭解球員競賽中進攻戰術執行能力，以期在比賽場上有更完美的展現，並獲得佳績。

Softball is considered a highly technical sport, it includes movement of pitching, defending, hitting and running, and the result of the game relied on offensive approach to gain scores. While it was ineffective to gain score by aggressive approaches, player's ability to execute strategy during the game could determine the success of the team. No systematic observation to evaluate the player's ability of strategy-executing, this article aimed to use the systematic observation method to record and observe the player implementation capacity of offensive tactics. Data collected from offensive tactical execution may help both players and coaches to improve the performance during the games.
