國內大專院校競技啦啦隊運動正蓬勃發展中,故避免或減緩因啦啦隊運動高難度技巧動作造成的運動傷害事件,形成阻礙國內啦啦隊運動的推廣與發展為當務之急。本研究透過文獻分析,藉由發展較完善的美國大學運動協會之啦啦隊競賽資料,整理出適合我國大專院校競技啦啦隊的參考資訊。研究結果得知:一、最易發生運動傷害事件的型態為練習時、時段為練習時段61-90分鐘、地點為室內。二、最易發生運動傷害的練習動作為搖籃式接法、地板為傳統泡沫塑料地板、技巧傷害為墜落。三、最常見的受傷部位為軀幹、傷害型態為拉傷或扭傷。最後,本研究融合國內外文獻與論述後,提出十點具體建議,作為提升國內大專競技啦啦隊安全防護之參考。
Recently, cheerleading was prosperous development among universities in Taiwan. It is an important issue to prevent or reduce stunt-related injuries for the cheerleading promotions. This study intended to summarize the findings from literature review to clarify the sports injuries in cheerleading through the well-development of National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) in United States. Several main results were found. First, the most frequently injured type of events was during practice; the time into practice sessions were 61-90 minutes; and most injuries occurred in indoor locations. Second, the most frequently injured type of maneuver attempted was cradle; the performing surface was traditional foam floor; and the mechanism of injury was fall. Third, the most frequently injury area was in trunk; and the type of injuries was strain or sprain. Eventually, this study proposed ten useful suggestions for improving the safety protections of collegiate cheerleading stunt-related injuries in Taiwan.
