大專籃球經營面面觀

摘要

本文主要目的為瞭解目前國內大專籃球發展的現況，以及在多元升學管道下，運動績優生所面臨適應問題。並且以筆者的帶隊經驗，探討在男子籃球公開一級中，經營大學籃球隊所面臨的問題。以筆者所指導的北部某大學籃球校隊為例，從非體育相關科系運動績優生的角度來探究選手的課業、訓練、生活管理及生涯規劃幾個面向的經營的方式，並且根據經營該校的優勢提供各界參酌。

The purpose of this study was to understand the current situations of college basketball developments, as well as the vary enrollment systems about the elite athletes facing the adaptation problems. On the other hand, as the college coach for providing the personal experiences, the researcher explored the management problems in the first level standard basketball team of campus. More, the northern college basketball team as the example, from those who were not sports related elite athletes aspects to discover the classes, training, living and career management, to provide the advices of the advantages in running the college basketball team.
