摘要

本研究基於家庭發展理論(Duva11，1970)以Colaizzi (1978)現象學研究法進行研究。目的爲了解跨國婚姻結婚期家庭丈夫生活經驗的本質結構。採立意取樣，個案來源爲中部某區域教學醫院。共分析10位丈夫的資料，樣本數決定於資料分析無新主題發現。研究工具含個人基本資料表、半結構式訪談指引。由研究者親自在產科門診收案，經同意後進行60-90分鐘深入訪談錄音，以Colaizzi現象學研究步驟分析資料。結果顯現其生活經驗涵蓋：一、峰迴路轉人生任務的達成，二、逢山開路過水架橋的婚姻生活，三、紛紛擾擾的家庭生活。研究結果可使護理人員瞭解跨國婚姻結婚期家庭丈夫的生活經驗及家庭系統運作與發展任務，提供以家庭爲中心的護理，協助跨國婚姻家庭系統穩定發展。

The purpose of this study was to understand the essence of the living experiences of newly married husbands in transnational marriages. The study was designed based on the family systems theory (Montgomery & Fewer, 1988) and the family development theory (Duvall, 1970). Using Colaizzi's phenomenological approach, ten subjects were purposely selected. The sample sizes were determined by the saturation principle of phenomenology. A 60-90 minute interview was conducted for each subject at an Obstetrical clinic of a general hospital in Taichung, Taiwan. Data were collected through a semi-structured interview guideline. Data were analyzed by means of Colaizzi's phenomenological approach. The results of this study verified three themes: achievement of life mission, trouble of matrimony, and out-of-frame family life. These findings provided a scientific knowledge base for family-centered nursing through a stabilizing family system in a transnational marriage.
