摘要


長照實務教學策略的重點在於教育民眾、照顧者、被照顧者,如何協助需要長期照顧的族群,得到良好的照顧及自立自主;並配合國家政策讓產學接軌,能提供連續性及整合性的照護,其服務必須符合個案的需求。讓長期照顧相關機構之需求與學校培育之人才專業契合,學生能畢業即就業,達成產學攜手共同解決長照專業人力需求問題。

The long-term care practical teaching strategy focuses on enlightening the general people, caregivers, and carers. In order to teach people how to assist the families who need long-term care; to get good care and become self-reliance; and coordinating with the national policy to provide continuity and integration. Caring services must meet the needs of each individual case, to ensure the needs of long-term care professions are in line with the talents cultivated by the school. Students can graduate and start working immediately. Furthermore, the goal of long term care can combine the practical care with education to solve the issue of manpower demand for this profession in the long-term.
